Samuel Grosz, Esq.

Samuel Grosz is a seasoned business legal advocate and the founder of Samuel David Law. Samuel specializes in tax matters, real estate, business transaction and litigation – including the international aspects of these areas. Before founding SDL, Samuel served for six years as partner for Argonaut Group, a real estate development firm.

For Samuel, practicing law is about advocating for the people and the businesses that form his community. He was born in Oregon but was raised abroad. He is an avid sailor and continues to be a global traveler.

Samuel serves as board member of the Housing Development Center, a nonprofit consulting group that works with mission-driven organizations to create and sustain affordable homes and human-service facilities. He also is a board member of the United Mission to Nepal, an international nonprofit that strives to address root causes of poverty as it serves the people of Nepal.

Aimee Fletcher – Paralegal

Aimee Fletcher fills a key role in supporting attorneys at SDL in a wide variety of practice areas such as litigation, corporate and transactional work, and tax matters. She serves on the Leadership Counsel of the Ford Family Foundation – a nonprofit foundation that makes grants to public charities and agencies predominantly benefiting communities in rural Oregon and Siskiyou County, California. She is a dedicated Oregonian who stays informed of emerging political issues facing the state and enjoys spending time with her two children.

Holly Gottlieb – Accounting

Holly Gottlieb has over 15 years of accounting experience in a variety of settings. She is responsible for billing, as well as other aspects of accounting at SDL. In her free time, Holly enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
